Vicki specialises in luxurious, one of a kind, highly desirable homes. “I put a lot of energy and care into a few highly valued clients.” Since 2016 Vicki has completed two property developments, a 90 lot subdivision in Lake Hawea with two others, and is a passionate advocate for the environment. In 2019 she founded Bellbird Developments to challenge traditional models of property development and to inspire people to build more energy efficient homes. Vicki is the first property developer in New Zealand to offer financial incentives to people to build high performing, low carbon emitting homes.
Vicki’s career includes owning 50% of a Wanaka real estate agency within five years of starting in real estate, winning multiple national sales awards, and having 92% of her business being repeat or personally referred clients.
